NSRI，Venlafxine is a potent serotonin re-uptake inhibitor and, at higher doses, is an inhibitor of norepinephrine re-uptake. It is also a mild inhibitor of dopamine re-uptake.
副作用[]
- nausea, dizziness, insomnia, sedation, and constipation.
- At high doses, there may be an increase in blood pressure for inhibition of norepinephrine re-uptake.
